You may only place an order for books if you agree to these terms and conditions. By placing an order, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions as governing your order. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

When you submit your order, you are allowing Original Wild Nature ApS to use your personal details to fulfil your order. In the event, that there is a problem with your order, we will communicate with you via e-mail, phone or letter.

Should you be less than delighted with the book you buy from us for any reason, let us know within 14 days of delivery, and we will be pleased to offer you a replacement or a full refund.

Damaged or faulty goods

The books that we supply are guaranteed to be durable and reliable. In the event that any book purchased from our website proves to be unsatisfactory in use due to defective workmanship or faulty material, you can return them to us for a replacement or a full refund. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Order cancellations, amendments and returns

So long as you let us know within 14 days of delivery, you may return the whole order or an individual book in its original packaging and condition for a full refund.

Where a refund is claimed, we will process the refund as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 14 days for the credit to reach your account.

If you wish to cancel your order for any reason the quickest way is to contact us by phone or email. You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after your order is delivered.
